I help adults who are feeling stuck figure out what they want their life to look like and how to get there. Change is often overwhelming and I am passionate about working with people to discover their path and choose growth despite the fear. Many of my clients get to know themselves better and start to trust their inner wisdom and feel more confident about life choices. There is no one right way to do therapy so we will work together to determine how it can be most beneficial for you and your unique circumstances.
